Values
I challenged myself and created a personal value statement. After reading Brene Brown and Gay Hendricks back-to-back, I felt compelled to create a personal value statement. It’s crucial in business as it clearly communicates what I stand for and guides my actions, decisions, and interactions. It helps build trust and authenticity with my clients and colleagues, ensuring that my business is not just about profit but also about values and principles that resonate with others. It's my business's moral compass, making it easier to stay aligned with my goals and maintain integrity.
My Personal Value Statement
I prioritize honesty, integrity, and reliability. I’m motivated to help other people, either individually or in small groups. I’m an innovator, a creator, and have a quiet wisdom with acute problem-solving abilities. I am intuitive, empathic and prefer to take action whenever I’m able. I’m a natural leader, inspirational and build communities. Something I can work on is to see myself the way others do.
